
I specialise in working 1-2-1 with clients but have broad experience in Group and Team Coaching.
We work using a Solution Focused Model, generating an effective Coaching Plan with measures and timelines.
Our sessions are challenging yet really positive. Whilst we work in a safe and supportive environment which produces ongoing mutual trust and respect, I will hold you accountable for what you commit to!
Our meetings will typically last 60–90 minutes, either face to face or online depending on the circumstances.
We will use various tools and models to increase your success.

The Programme
The Programme is made up of 6 meetings over 3–6 months to set and achieve goals and make the most impact. We will use a Wheel of Life or Work to identify areas to develop
Initial ‘Chemistry’ meeting
30 minutes to make sure we will work well together! This is a free session
Meeting 1 Identify your key areas of focus - usually 3 - 4 aspects . Contract and Goal set.
Meeting 2 Build Development Plan – move to work on Plan A -practical activities to reach your goal.
Meeting 3 Review results and go on to create Plan B - another area on which you want to focus.
Meeting 4 Review results and create Plan C for your final identified area for stretch!
Meeting 5 Review results & create a Plan for you Sustaining the activities in the future.
Meeting 6 Clarify your Learning and Changes you have made – celebrate!
6 months later Follow Up meeting to see how things have been going.
